What tours are available?

We offer private day tours across Morocco, including Marrakech, Fes, Chefchaouen, Essaouira, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Meknes, Ouarzazate, the Sahara at Merzouga, the Atlas Mountains, and Agadir. We also offer walking tours in select cities and bespoke multi-day tours. Every tour is fully customisable — nothing is fixed.

Yes. Use our Itinerary Builder on each tour page to swap out stops and build your ideal day, or tell us what you'd like and we'll design the route for you.

What is included in my tour?

Every tour includes a private English-speaking driver, hotel pickup and drop-off, and a private air-conditioned vehicle. Choose from a Standard Minivan or Mercedes V-Class (up to 5 guests) or a Sprinter-class minibus (up to 9 guests). Your vehicle is never shared.

Meals, entrance fees, and personal expenses are not included. Some special experiences may carry an additional entry fee. We're happy to help estimate costs in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Off-season (standard dates), 1-day tours: free cancellation up to 24 hours before start; multi-day tours: 3 days in advance; packages: minimum 10 days (case by case). Peak season (mid-March to April and the festive season), 1-day tours: 48 hours; multi-day: 7 days; packages: minimum 30 days (case by case). Peak-season packages require a 50% non-refundable deposit; hotel and ticket costs are subject to the supplier's own cancellation policy.

Do you offer multilingual drivers and guides?

Yes. Our team speaks English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, and Russian. For non-English languages please specify when booking so we can confirm availability.

Are your tours family-friendly?

Absolutely. Tell us the ages of your children when booking and we'll suggest the most suitable stops, from camel rides in the palmeraie to the Ouzoud waterfalls.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Tours operate rain or shine. If severe weather makes a stop unsafe or inaccessible, we'll adjust the itinerary or offer rescheduling at no extra charge.

When is payment due?

Payment is requested after we confirm your booking. You'll receive a secure payment link via email. For standard tours, payment is due at least 24 hours before your tour date; for peak-season bookings or luxury packages, earlier deadlines apply. Full details are confirmed at booking.

How many people can join a tour?

Standard Minivan: up to 5 guests. Mercedes V-Class: up to 5 guests. Sprinter-class minibus: up to 9 guests. Walking tours: up to 13 guests. Pricing is per vehicle, so larger groups get excellent value.
