Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Morocco Royale website and booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a contract.
2. Services
Morocco Royale provides private guided tours and private transportation services in Morocco.
All tours are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or group at our discretion.
3. Bookings and Payment
- Booking requests do not constitute confirmed bookings until you receive a written confirmation from us.
- Payment is due upon confirmation. We will send a secure payment link via email.
- Prices are authored in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and charged in US Dollars (or Euros where offered); prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation.
- Once a payment link is issued and paid, the price is fixed for that booking.
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
4. Cancellations, Refunds, and EU Right of Withdrawal
Our cancellation and refund policy varies by tour type. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.
- Standard day tours: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
- High season (March, April, Dec 28 – Jan 3): Free cancellation up to 3 days (72 hours) before the tour start time.
- Luxury & multi-day packages: Free cancellation 30 or more days before the first tour date; 50% refund 15–30 days before; non-refundable less than 15 days before.
- No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
- Third-party supplier costs: For luxury and multi-day packages that include hotels, tickets, or other third-party services, any supplier costs already incurred are deducted from the refund in accordance with that supplier's policy.
EU consumers — 14-day cooling-off exemption. Under Article 16(l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (as amended by Directive 2023/2673), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. All tours sold through this site are tied to a specific tour date and therefore fall within this exemption. By confirming your booking you acknowledge this exemption and that the cancellation terms above will apply in place of the statutory 14-day cooling-off period.
You may still withdraw from (cancel) your booking at any time, subject to the refund timing above, using the dedicated withdrawal function in your booking portal or by emailing contact@moroccoroyale.com.
5. Tour Operations
- Tours operate in all weather conditions. Severe weather that makes an itinerary unsafe may result in adjustments or rescheduling at no charge.
- Itineraries are subject to change due to traffic, attraction closures, or unforeseen circumstances. Our guides will make every effort to provide equivalent alternatives.
- We are not responsible for missed attractions due to excessive time spent at other locations at the customer's request.
- Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup location on time. Waiting is limited to 30 minutes beyond the agreed pickup time.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must behave respectfully toward guides, drivers, and other individuals during the tour.
- Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the tour.
- Entrance fees, meals, and personal expenses are the customer's responsibility unless explicitly stated as included.
- Customers with mobility or health conditions must inform us in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.
7. Liability Limitation
Morocco Royale and its operating entity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, changes in itinerary, acts of nature, strikes, or government actions.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific tour in question.
8. Service Structure and Guide Sourcing
Morocco Royale offers two distinct service categories: (a) Private Chauffeur and Vehicle services, and (b) English-Speaking Guide services. These are priced, sourced, dispatched, and performed as separate services. When a client books a package that includes both, Morocco Royale combines these services for the client's convenience. The combined booking does not make the services inseparable — each service is evaluated, delivered, and refundable independently.
Morocco Royale maintains a network of English-speaking guides and may source guides from trusted partner operators based on client demand, schedule availability, language requirements, and location. All guides communicate in English (or the booked language) at a conversational level sufficient to accompany clients and facilitate their day. No specific credential, licensing, or expertise level beyond English-language communication is warranted unless explicitly stated in writing for a particular booking.
If a client is dissatisfied with their guide during the tour, they must contact Morocco Royale immediately. We will use reasonable efforts to provide a replacement guide at no additional charge (subject to availability). If a client refuses an offered remediation and elects to terminate the service, that decision is treated as a voluntary cancellation. Services already dispatched or consumed — including vehicle dispatch, driver time, and any airport transfers — are non-refundable regardless of the reason for early termination.
9. Proposals, Itineraries, and Document Precedence
Any proposal, itinerary, quote, summary, or PDF document provided to the client — whether by email, messaging app, or any other channel — is provided for the client's convenience only. These documents consolidate booking details, pricing, and suggested activities into a readable format.
These Terms of Service govern all bookings and take precedence over any information contained in any proposal or summary document. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between a proposal document and these Terms of Service, these Terms of Service prevail.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website uses third-party services for payment processing, booking management, and email delivery. These are provided "as is." We are not liable for outages or errors originating from third-party platforms.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, tour descriptions, and itineraries, is the property of Morocco Royale and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the operating entity's jurisdiction, to be confirmed at incorporation.

15. Itinerary Errors and Cross-City Bookings
Our booking system is designed for single-day private tours within a defined city or region. Tours departing from and returning to the same area — including Marrakech to Essaouira, Ourika, Ouzoud, or Ait Benhaddou — are fully supported as day tours.
Tours spanning major cities or regions that cannot be completed in a single day by private vehicle (for example, Marrakech to Fes, Chefchaouen, Tangier, or an overnight Sahara circuit) are not supported as standard bookings. Our system includes automatic warnings and hard limits designed to prevent such bookings. However, if an itinerary error results in a completed payment, the following applies:
- We will contact you within 24 hours to notify you of the conflict.
- You will receive a full refund of the tour amount, less a 4% payment processing fee retained by the payment processor.
- No tour service will be provided for bookings identified as invalid itineraries.
We are continuously improving our systems to detect and prevent routing errors. Customers are encouraged to review their itinerary carefully before completing payment. If you are unsure whether your planned route is feasible as a day tour, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before booking.
